The Customer's contract partner is Magni Advisory GmbH as marketer of the services; it markets the services defined by the provider in its own name vis-à-vis the Customer and does not act as a reseller for its own account. The provider of the services is Connexia Strategy LLC, Florida, USA. At the same time, Magni Advisory GmbH is designated as the representative of Connexia Strategy LLC in the Union pursuant to Art. 27 GDPR; data subjects and supervisory authorities may contact it on data protection matters in addition to, or instead of, the provider.

As a U.S. legal entity, Connexia Strategy LLC does not hold a VAT identification number pursuant to Section 27a of the German VAT Act (UStG). Services supplied into the European Union are handled under the reverse-charge procedure pursuant to Section 13b UStG.
Connexia Strategy LLC provides its services relating to the vocoscale.ai platform exclusively to businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Participation in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG) is therefore neither intended nor legally required.
