Are there any hidden costs?
No. The monthly price includes everything: 86 modules, access to the Workspace, all updates, the Enablement Program, the Sales Trainer, the Profile Optimizer, and personal support. No add-on bundles, no premium feature tiers.
Why a 12-month minimum term?
Sales success requires system and routine. The 6-Month Enablement Program is structured intentionally. Full impact unfolds once all cards are populated and training is in motion. Twelve months is a fair evaluation period for a complete sales system.
Do I need a separate AI subscription?
No. A fully equipped AI Workspace is included in the price. You do not need your own AI subscription, and you do not need separate AI accounts for each provider.
Can I test VOCO SCALE before committing?
In the strategy call we walk you through the architecture in detail. For Enterprise, we offer a pilot program with 5–10 sales partners and a 4–6 week evaluation phase.
What happens after the first 12 months?
The license renews automatically unless cancelled with 3-month notice before renewal. You retain access to all modules, updates, and support. The price remains the same.
