Connexia Strategy LLC provides its services relating to the vocoscale.ai platform exclusively to businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), in particular sales professionals, consultants, financial service providers, coaches and sales organisations with their own partners. This privacy policy is therefore primarily addressed to contact persons, employees and representatives of business customers, prospects and business partners. The GDPR applies to the personal data of these natural persons irrespective of the fact that the contractual relationship itself exists between companies.

In the DACH region, the marketing, distribution, contract handling and customer support of the VOCO SCALE platform are carried out by Magni Advisory GmbH as marketer and the Customer's contract partner. Magni Advisory GmbH markets the services defined by the provider (Connexia Strategy LLC) in its own name vis-à-vis the Customer and does not act as a reseller for its own account. Where personal data are processed within this contractual relationship, this is based on corresponding contractual arrangements, including a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR where required.

Special categories of personal data pursuant to Art. 9 GDPR are neither collected nor requested in connection with vocoscale.ai.
The website vocoscale.ai is provided by an external hosting service provider. Personal data collected on the website are stored on the host's servers, in particular IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact data, names and website accesses. Use is based on contract performance (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and on the legitimate interest in secure and efficient provision (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
The hosting service provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (server location Germany/EU), provided via our marketer and contract partner Magni Advisory GmbH. As the servers are located in the EU, no third-country transfer takes place in this respect.
When the website is accessed, the web server automatically collects information in so-called server log files transmitted by the device's browser, in particular:
These data serve to ensure a smooth connection, usage convenience and the evaluation of system security and stability (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data are not merged with other data sources. The IP address is deleted or anonymised after a maximum of 30 days.
If you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, company, message) are stored to process the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in contact in a B2B context).
Storage duration: Deletion as soon as no longer required for the purpose; for enquiries without a subsequent business relationship usually after 12 months. For concluded contractual relationships, the commercial and tax retention periods apply (generally 10 years).
On vocoscale.ai we offer the option to book a free 30-minute strategy call online. Booking is handled by a self-operated booking system integrated into the website. No external booking service provider is used for this purpose.
Data processed: Name and email, company and role (optional), phone number (optional), desired appointment and time zone, pre-qualification details and free-text message, technical connection data (IP, browser, timestamp).
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures).
Storage location / third-country transfer: Booking data are processed in our own database on the EU hosting referred to in section 7 (IONOS, server location Germany). No transfer to a third country takes place for the booking itself. The subsequent conduct of the call by video conference is governed by section 12 (Zoom / Google Meet).
Storage duration: Booking data are generally deleted 24 months after the appointment unless a business relationship arises; otherwise statutory retention periods apply.
For payment processing we use the payment service provider Stripe.
Provider: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland, and where applicable Stripe, Inc., USA.
Data processed: Invoice and payment data, transaction data. Full credit card data are processed exclusively by the payment service provider and are not stored by us.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (commercial and tax obligations).
Third-country transfer: For transfers to the USA based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
For online appointments, product demonstrations and strategy calls we primarily use the video conferencing service Zoom. Google Meet may be used in addition.
Provider: Zoom Communications, Inc., 55 Almaden Boulevard, 6th Floor, San Jose, CA 95113, USA. For users in the EEA, Zoom's EEA contractual structure applies.
Data processed: Account data (name, email), meeting metadata (date, time, duration, IP address, device and client information), audio, video and chat content during the session and - only with prior notice and consent - recordings.
Purpose: Conducting video, audio and telephone conferences including screen sharing in the context of initiating and performing the contract.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual and contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (efficient communication in a B2B context); for any recordings Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).
Recordings: Recording does not take place by default. If a session is recorded in an individual case, all participants are informed in advance and asked for consent; consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Third-country transfer: For transfers to the USA based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Zoom is certified) and additionally the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) with supplementary safeguards.
Storage duration: Meeting metadata and any recordings are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose, recordings at the latest after withdrawal of consent.

Google Meet: Where Google Meet is used in addition, the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The same legal bases apply; any transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

The website vocoscale.ai uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the change of the browser address bar from „http://" to „https://" and by the padlock symbol in the browser bar.
Connexia Strategy LLC does not carry out any solely automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR that produces legal effects concerning users or similarly significantly affects them.
The VOCO SCALE platform uses AI-supported modules that act exclusively in a decision-supporting capacity. The final decision in the sales process always remains with the human user. The architecture is thus compliant with the requirements of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). AI transparency is ensured through clear labelling of AI-generated content and through documented models and data sources.
This privacy policy is available in German and English. In the event of discrepancies between the language versions, the German version prevails. It may be amended to reflect changes in the legal situation or in processing activities. The current version is published at vocoscale.ai. This privacy policy supersedes version v6.3 of June 2026.
